Here we describe how Atracco Group AB (hereinafter referred to as AGAB) and its group companies collect and process your personal data, what rights you have regarding the processing and how you can ask questions and request correction of your personal data.
You should always feel safe when you submit your personal information to AGAB or any of our Group companies. With this personal data policy, we want to show that we use your personal data in accordance with current legislation.
The person responsible for personal data for the processing of your personal data is: Atracco AB (registered limited company with the Swedish Companies Registration Office with corporate identity number 556130-4519). Atracco AB always takes the greatest possible responsibility for your privacy and treats your personal data with care and within the regulations if any. The employees in the Group who process personal data have all received basic training.

Your rights
- Request correction of your information

You have the right to request to be deleted from our systems. Why do we process personal data about you?
Atracco and our Group companies mainly process personal data about you in order to:
- Fulfill our obligations to you as a customer, execution of purchases, invoicing and delivery of goods.
- Manage any warranty commitments
- Simplify the buying process for returning customers
- Provide information about our goods and services and direct marketing by mail, e-mail, text message or telephone.
- Provide you with relevant and customized information in newsletters.
- Assess which payment methods we can offer you, for example through credit testing.

Where your information is stored
Your information can be saved in different systems depending on whether it is one of our workshops or car disassemblies that has registered you as a customer. Here is a description of where the data is stored.
Car disassemblies:
Customer information is stored in the central customer database for the DemoMax business system. The customer database is shared by the car disassemblies included in the Brand Demo. See www.markesdemo.se/info for information on which photo montages are included in the association.
Customer information can also be stored in the older Fenix business system. Customer data is then only visible to the Group companies included in AGAB.
Workshops:
Customer data is stored in the claims management system CABAS, where communication with insurance companies, car assemblers and car parts suppliers takes place.
Information is also stored in the COBRA business system where invoicing and workshop planning take place.
Tire workshops:

For the tire workshop at Upplands Bildemontering AB, the information is stored in the Däckdata business system and is not shared outside the organization.
How long do we store your information?
Your information is stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing described in this privacy policy. If required to comply with legal requirements, we may save your information for an extended period of time.
We store your information about you as a customer for a maximum of 24 months after your last purchase or activity with us.
To whom do we disclose personal information?
Car disassembler:
The group companies included in AGAB may disclose personal data to third parties such as group companies, other car assemblies within Brand Demo, partners and support staff in our IT systems.
Third parties may use the information in Märkesdemo’s central customer register to handle recurring purchases, deliver goods and contact you as a customer in orders and warranty matters. The company Recopart AB, part of AGAB, corporate identity number 556663-6261 is responsible for personal data for the joint customer register in DemoMax.
When ordering parts from car disassembly that are not included in the Brand Demo, customer information is only provided for the purpose of delivering the ordered parts to you as a customer.
Car repair shops:
In insurance matters, customer information may be shared with the insurance company where the car is insured and the workshop responsible for the damage.
Tasks may also be shared with spare parts suppliers and other suppliers of products and services that affect your car.
Tire workshops:
Information may be disclosed to Compilator AB, which provides systems for tire workshops and tire hotels.
For cases where the information is stored in DemoMax, the information may be used in Märkesdemo’s central customer database to handle recurring purchases, deliver goods and contact you as a customer in orders and warranty matters.
The protection of your personal data
You should feel safe as a customer of AGAB. We have therefore taken the necessary measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access. All information is stored in databases that are protected by authorization principles and firewalls.
